Our Story

About Us
Fuelled was founded by David Bridge, a professional chef with over 30 years of experience. David began his career under the Roux Brothers, working within teams of accomplished chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Pierre Koffmann, and Michel Roux Jr. David's
After returning from his travels around the world where he honed his skills, gained a deeper understanding of a variety of culinary techniques, it was here he and his wife set up Wilmslow Cookery School.
After the success of the Wilmslow Cookery School, which has be running for over 10 years, David launched Fuelled in 2022 as part of the movement to bring people back to work and experience good, healthy and sustainable food.

Our Menus
Fuelled keeps your tasted buds tantalised with our rotating weekly menus featuring mouthwatering global cuisines, accompanied by sumptuous sides, salads and desserts. A culinary adventure will provide your colleagues with something to look forward to ahead of their afternoon.
Our offsite kitchen enables us to operate sustainably without the use of disposables or excess packaging. This eco-consious approach also allows us to give you back the office space you need. We deliver and go so you can utilise your much needed workspace and eliminate your need for permanent onsite teams.
